Nurgul Mauberlinova was born on November 13, 1973.
She graduated from Saransk Pedagogical College (1992), Karaganda State Buketov University (2000) and Karaganda Economic University under KazPotrebSoyuz (2006).
N. Mauberlinova started her career as a Teacher in nursery/kindergarten in Karaganda region. She worked as History and Kazakh Language Teacher in secondary school No.2 in Saran.
In 2006-2008, N. Mauberlinova occupied the position of Chief Expert in Information and Archives Committee under Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2008-2012, she worked as Chief Consultant for Information and Analytical Center under Prime Minister`s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In the period 2012 to 2016, she was Deputy Director in Central Communications Service under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2016 – 2018 – The Chairperson of Information Committee under the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2018 – 2019 was Vice - Minister of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan
N. Mauberlinova was awarded with the “Kurmet” Order and a jubilee “20th Anniversary of the Republic of Kazakhstan Independence” medal.
